These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Pelmaro’s website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Pelmaro provides HR, Health & Safety, and Food Safety consultancy, compliance documentation, training, and related advisory services.
All services are provided based on the information supplied by the client.
2. No Legal Guarantee
While we aim to ensure all documentation and advice is accurate and compliant at the time of delivery, Pelmaro does not guarantee outcomes such as audits, inspections, or legal proceedings.
Clients remain responsible for implementing and maintaining compliance within their business.
3. Payments and Fees
All fees are agreed in advance
Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise stated
Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Respond to requests in a timely manner
Implement recommendations and documentation provided
Pelmaro is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete client information.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, documents, and content provided by Pelmaro remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may use them internally within your business but may not resell or distribute them.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pelmaro shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profits, business, or reputation
Penalties or enforcement actions arising from non-implementation
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
7. Termination
The termination of any agreement between the parties shall be governed by the specific terms and conditions set out in the individual contract relating to the particular package or services purchased. Each package may have its own defined duration and termination provisions, which will be clearly communicated to the client prior to the commencement of any work. Accordingly, the effective termination date and notice requirements will vary depending on the package selected. In the absence of a specific written agreement, the default termination provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions shall apply.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
