My background includes legal practice, HR management, and business ownership, allowing me to bridge the gap between what the law requires and what works in real-world business environments. Today, I support Pelmaro clients by helping them implement structured HR systems, reduce risk, and manage their teams effectively.

She is a non-practising Solicitor and previously ran her own legal practice from 2004 to 2016, gaining first-hand experience in managing legal risk, advising clients, and operating within demanding business environments.
